who we are

We’re Fox Hollies Community Association CIO (Reg. Charity number 1174330), a registered charity based in Acocks Green, Birmingham. We provide vital services to residents and we have grown to meet local needs. We understand our local community and the needs of the local area and are passionately ambitious for it’s future.

Early Years Support

We provide a range of activities and services through our Early Years setting, Fox Hollies Forum Preschool. From running five-day a week preschool for 2-4 year olds, we also offer Stay and Play sessions throughout the week for parents and carers to play and learn with their little ones.

Children & Young People

We offer a varied and vibrant children and young people programme ranging from after school clubs holiday activities, Duke of Edinburgh award and volunteering programmes.

Community Garden

We run a community garden that encourages local people to volunteers to plant, grow and relax in a community space. We also link in with other community groups to support community wide initiatives including litter picks and Acocks Green Village in Bloom.

Interest Groups

We host a wide variety of interest groups that help bring local people together around a shared interest. These range from woodwork groups and include knitting groups, social groups and dancing groups.

Older People

We also do a lot of work around the older members of the community, supporting them with food parcels, lunch clubs, social activities and holidays.
